He will report to CEO <strong>Jere R\u00e4is\u00e4nen<\/strong> and, in his role, will lead Elcoline\u2019s mergers and acquisitions activities as well as oversee the integration of acquired companies into the Group.<\/p>\n<p>Hokkanen brings more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy development and business growth within industrial sectors. He joins Elcoline from KONE, where he was responsible for growth and M&amp;A activities across Europe. Prior to that, he held positions at McKinsey &amp; Company, ABB and KPMG, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Acquisitions are a key element of Elcoline\u2019s growth strategy, and the company is actively pursuing new acquisition opportunities. Hokkanen\u2019s appointment further strengthens Elcoline\u2019s ability to identify new avenues for growth, execute acquisitions systematically, and ensure successful integration and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJuha\u2019s experience in mergers and acquisitions and industrial services is exactly what our growth journey requires.
