Condition Monitoring predicts and monitors equipment lifecycle 24/7
The conditionmonitoring system provides extremely precise data on motors, gearboxes and other rotating equipment. It identifies earlystage faults even in challenging locations automatically and sends alerts and recommended actions immediately.
In addition to detecting faults, Condition Monitoring estimates their severity. It predicts the remaining useful lifetime based on historical data. This foresight allows maintenance and repairs to be planned in a highly controlled, costeffective and safe manner.
The system can be implemented either as a fixed installation or as a portable measurement unit. Installing the unit is simple. Condition monitoring can be integrated into existing systems or into additional sensors. Sensors connect to the case via plugin connectors and are attached to the measurement point with a magnet.
This method ensures the capacity to store and transfer large volumes of data without being limited by wirelessnetwork bandwidth.

At a glance, the system displays the entire equipment base, equipment condition, and completed and planned actions. Staff receive service instructions and confirm tasks via mobile device. Reporting can be done by typing or dictating, and equipment status updates immediately.
Maintenance Manager can be used either as an independent Anywhere module or integrate it with the wider Anywhere system to complement collected equipment data.
We provide a twohour training session for system users. Equipment details are easy to input yourself, but a turnkey delivery is also available.
