Oil maintenance services
We provide maintenance services tailored to the needs of industrial oil and lubrication systems.
Controlling the cleanliness, humidity, and temperature of oil and lubrication systems is essential for ensuring the reliability of production equipment and the productivity of process operations. Water and other impurities can enter the oil from the equipment, the system itself, or external sources. As a result, the oil – and the properties that affect its performance-change and age due to exposure to oxygen, temperature, and catalytically active substances (e.g., metals, water, refrigerants). Studies show that most equipment failures are caused by changes in the properties of the oil or lubricant.

The condition of the lubricating oil, the state of the machinery, and the presence of impurities are interrelated in the following ways:

Advantages of an electrostatic cleaner
The method cleans:
- Particles insoluble in oil up to 0.02 μm
- Metallic, non-metallic, organic and inorganic substances
- Oil oxidation products (mostly cause malfunctions in hydraulic systems)
Does not remove oil additives

Oil maintenance services are always tailored to meet our customers’ needs. This is how we want to ensure the suitability of our oil maintenance services as part of the development of our customers’ comprehensive lubrication maintenance plan.
As part of the service provision, we agree with the customer on the organization of lubrication maintenance and a clear definition of responsibilities.
The duration of lubrication and electrostatic cleaning of hydraulic oils and the equipment used are selected based on the viscosity of the oil to be cleaned and the oil volume.
Removal of dissolved & undissolved water in oil and electrostatic cleaning of oils are suitable for the following oils
