Elcoline Construction Oy, Elcoline Industrial Service Oy, and Elcoline Power Oy, all providers of versatile technical services and solutions for industry, will merge with Elcoline Oy on 1st September.
This merger is part of a strategic transition toward a unified Elcoline brand, which more clearly communicates the company’s comprehensive service offering. It also simplifies the structure of the Elcoline Group, fostering internal cohesion and synergy benefits. The merger follows the July name change of Elcoline Plant Service Oy to Elcoline Oy.

Elcoline Construction Oy has provided industrial building services including design, installation, and maintenance.
Elcoline Industrial Service Oy has delivered industrial installation and maintenance services, as well as electrification, commissioning, and maintenance services for the marine industry.
Elcoline Power Oy is known for its maintenance and installation services in the energy sector, including the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of pressure parts for steam boilers.
