Changes in Elcoline Group Leadership

The Board of Directors of Elcoline Group Oy and CEO Elina Engman have mutually agreed that Engman will leave the company. The Board will initiate the search process for a new CEO.

Effective immediately, the company’s current Chairman of the Board and founder Jere Räisänen will serve as interim CEO. At the same time, current board member Ari Lehtoranta will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.

Our goal is to build a leadership model that better supports the efficient operation of our expanded enterprise, while taking into account the unique characteristics of our units, the well-being of our personnel, and the needs of our customers.
